WCM produces film festivals. The Shoot Out Cheyenne 24 hour film making festival in the fall. The 2009 event attracted 21 film making production crews to Downtown Cheyenne. The top 10 films were screened at the Lincoln Theater. The next TSOC is set for October 15 – 17 in Downtown Cheyenne.
WCM also produces the Cheyenne International Film Festival. The 2010 CIFF was May 21 – 23 at the historic Atlas Theater. Films of all genres from around the world were screened. Stay tuned for the 2011 CIFF May 20 – 22.
WCM also co-produces festivals on a customized basis. WCM can assist with fund development, content procurement, volunteer coordination and management, on site technical assistance or other particular needs; and co-sponsors events, usually through in-kind services and providing equipment such as an HD projector, camera and sound equipment.
